ABOUT US
Nicholson Group was established in 2008 after identifying a need for a client-centric agency that could cope with the demands and strains of a large scale portfolio whilst also catering for the needs of discerning residents.
​
Nicholson Lettings has a varied portfolio of properties across the North West covering Liverpool to St Helens. Our portfolio crosses many sectors from storage and retail to residential and student properties.
​
We also recognise that busy professionals don't always have the time to attend and arrange viewings so we have adopted an online e-commerce approach to our lettings.
​
Our attention to detail and focus on the client experience has seen the team awarded a variety of accolades and featured in various well known publications.​
